Sports Day and School Cycling

Fun and Exercise to Wrap Up the School Year

On Tuesday, July 14, our school celebrated an exciting and thoroughly successful sports festival amid perfect summer weather. While students in grades 5 through 10 actively participated in the events on the sports field—playing basketball, soccer, dodgeball, or floorball, or competing in track and field events—the Q1 class took care of the food service. The EF students assisted the physical education teachers with the planning and organization.

In addition, the winners of this year’s School Cycling Challenge were honored at the conclusion of the event. Cosmin Popov from class 5D was honored for cycling the most kilometers among the students. Mr. Adamsky was named this year’s top teacher. Class 6A won this year’s Hölzenbein Challenge by cycling the most kilometers among all classes.

To all the winners, as well as to all the participants, we'd like to say once again: Congratulations!
