This math competition is characterized by a wide variety of tasks that deviate from supposedly "typical school tasks" and encourage puzzling, pondering, calculating and estimating.
The pupils clearly enjoyed the tasks and many of them worked diligently until the last minute.
All participants then received a certificate and small prizes in recognition of their achievements.
With a strong 80.75 points, Mikolaj Dudzik (8b), who once again showed a top performance, achieved the highest score within the school. He was delighted to receive several prizes, including a T-shirt, as he also had the biggest kangaroo jump (i.e. the largest number of consecutive correct answers).
The following pupils achieved the highest scores in the other year groups: Elias Herking (5c), Celea Weyck (6b), Klara Pawlinska (7b), last year's winner David Gerwens (9c) and Lennart Oing (10b).
All in all, everyone involved can be proud of their mathematical achievements!
