Euregio Comprehensive School Shines at the Swimming Competition at the Gronau Outdoor Pool

In perfect summer weather, a total of 106 students from the Euregio Comprehensive School competed in the swimming meet at the Gronau outdoor pool. This made our school the largest group of participants in the entire competition—a wonderful sign of the enthusiasm for swimming and the strong sense of community at our school.

The athletic results were also impressive. In the overall standings, the Euregio Comprehensive School achieved an outstanding second place. The boys in the 5th grade were particularly successful, securing first place in their age group. Also standing at the very top of the podium were the 8th-grade boys and the 5th-grade girls, who each took first place as well.

In addition to the many athletic achievements, the day spent together was the main focus. All participants supported one another, cheered on their classmates, and created a great atmosphere at the poolside. This made the competition a special experience for everyone.

The Euregio Comprehensive School congratulates all the swimmers on their outstanding performances and thanks the supervising teachers for organizing the event and for making it such a successful day of competition. With so much motivation and team spirit, the school community is already looking forward to the next swimming competition.
