Fitness club
We want to learn more about fitness, health and well-being. To this end, we will work out the basics of individual fitness training, the appropriate diet and dispel persistent dietary myths or pointless dietary trends. Everyone can set individual priorities and develop their own training plan. At the same time, we want to motivate each other and have fun doing sport together.

Grades 8-10, Wednesdays 7th/8th period
