Together with the students and the teachers of the school, there was an extensive celebration. The high school graduates put on a one-hour program especially for the occasion, with which they swept the enthusiastic spectators off their feet. Afterwards, the graduates of the grammar school and the comprehensive school Gronau went together to the mayor's office at Jöbkesweg. There they were welcomed and celebrated by the deputy mayor Mrs. Tegetmeier.
