As part of the "Industrialization of agriculture" series of lessons, the Q2 class of the Euregio comprehensive school visited the Brökers bull fattening farm in Ochtrup on 07.11.2025. The aim was to combine the theory covered in class with practical impressions.
On site, the pupils were given exciting insights into the working methods, technology and organization of a modern fattening farm. It became clear how much agriculture has changed through specialization and mechanization.
The excursion offered a vivid opportunity to directly experience the theory and practice of modern agriculture.
