The festival, which was also planned by students of the Euregio School, offered a varied and entertaining program on the grounds of the Stedelijk Lyceum College Zuid in Enschede, which - from rap workshop, to graffiti, to soccer tournament - was very well received by the students.
Unfortunately, it was not enough for an own soccer team on that day. But the spontaneously cobbled-together team of students from the Euregioschule and the Anne-Frank-Realschule from Ahaus proved to be a fair and likeable group. The kubb games, which were made by students from the technology course under the supervision of Mr. Tarp, also went down well with the German and Dutch students, most of whom also played in mixed teams.
Food trucks from Stoer Voer ensured that neither hunger nor thirst had to be suffered. Of course, the country's typical frites were not to be missed. Of course, the German and Dutch press had also noticed that there was a lot going on at FeierZeit! Lucy was interviewed by RTV Oost in the afternoon and Sophie was interviewed live by WDR in the evening (video clips are attached to the article). In the evening, the festival was closed with a big party, which featured student performances and a DJ.
