1st prize for our peace poem

On the occasion of the 375th anniversary of the Peace of Westphalia, the 9th grade Dutch class participated in the competition "Wie maakt het mooiste vredegedicht" by the Center for Dutch Studies of the University of Münster and the Coordination Office for German-Dutch Exchange of the District Government of Münster.

The joint peace poem of the Dutch course was so convincing that it unanimously won first place. On May 15, the entire course was invited to the House of the Netherlands in Münster for the award ceremony. Selected students proudly recited the poem and received the certificate. Afterwards, the students were allowed to explore the city of Münster with an ice cream and an informative city tour.
