At first, the idea of a colorful evening may have seemed a little unrealistic. But we quickly realized that we could make it happen if we supported each other. Each of us took on a task: some took care of the technology, others the stage design, others organized the food and drinks. Every single task contributed to making this evening a huge success. We not only worked as a team, but also as friends who can always rely on each other.
When the big night finally arrived, there was a lot of excitement. We were all tense and nervous. But when the first joke fell and the audience laughed, everything was forgotten. It was an incredible feeling to stand in front of so many people and feel that we had really made it.
Looking back, it wasn't just the success of the show, but also a success for us as a year group. Together, we put on something that no one would have thought possible. After all, it was our strong community that made our fantastic evening possible. This evening will definitely be an unforgettable memory that will stay with us for a long time to come.
I hope that this tradition that we have established will continue at our school. I hope that future graduating classes at our school will also experience stronger cohesion through the Colorful Evening - even if it will of course never be comparable to ours :)
