Already in March 2020, the majority of all persons involved in the school committed themselves to actively work against racism and discrimination in the future. The mayor Mr. Doetkotte supports us in this project as a sponsor and we thank him very much for this. In our school, we conduct an annual project day on the topic of racism and regularly plan various actions against racism and for diversity together with the Network for Migration in Gronau. Also the award ceremony was prepared in the context of the project day by the classes 5 to 10 of the Euregio comprehensive school Epe in the form of video contributions and handicrafts, which were presented in the course of the award ceremony. We thank our students for their commitment and want to continue to set an example against racism and for diversity.
